Anthony Cavallaro, AIA, President
Tony founded JACA Architects in 1991 to concentrate solely on healthcare planning, design and construction. With over thirty years experience, Tony leveraged his comprehensive background and hands-on style to craft a team of architectural professionals second to none in the healthcare industry. Dedicated to solving the unique challenges of medical facilities, Tony and the JACA team help clients find the best possible design solution to fit their budget and schedule.

William Epp, Associate Principal
Bill has been a senior member of the JACA team since its inauguration. His strong working relationship with the Department of Public Health (DPH) and familiarity with their review process makes him an integral part of the JACA team and each project he brings to the team.
Eric Ryan, Senior Associate
Eric brings a unique international design perspective to the JACA team. His vast experience includes designing and planning a wide range of medical facilities including endoscopy units, obstetrical departments, emergency rooms, medical/surgical suites, oncology departments, and diagnostic imaging suites. Eric is also involved in the majority of the planning and design relating to MRI suites within the office.
Matthew A. Bluette, AIA, AICP, LEED AP, ACHA, Associate
With 18 years of experience in healthcare architecture, Matthew’s wealth of industry knowledge make him a crucial leader in the execution of healthcare architecture and Master planning. Additionally, Matthew is actively involved with numerous professional organizations and institutions of higher learning.
Matthew Tharp, AIA, Associate
Matt has over ten years of dedication to the architecture field. His extensive project management knowledge and experience in every aspect of healthcare design compliments the JACA team. Matt’s responsibilities as Associate have encompassed all phases of healthcare and senior living projects from schematic design and design development through construction document production, coordination, and administration.
